The private pool
The panoramic view south over the valley
The house is constructed of thick stone walls and the double glazed windows have traditional inside shutters which keeps the interior cool in the warm summer climate.On the ground floor is a large entrance hallway off which is a twin bed room and bathroom, study/den, lounge and dining room and kitchen.
Upstairs there are five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three are double bedrooms, two with four poster beds and two are twins. All bedrooms have tall electric fans and insect nets on windows. On the top floor is the Den/TV/DVD/Games Room which can also accommodate a further 2 guests.

Large Lounge
The main livng room is comfortably furnished, there is a Sony stereo CD/mp3 system, large mahogany dining table for 12 people and dresser well-stocked with tableware and glasses.

French doors lead from the lounge to the south facing terrace where there is a dining table and seating for 12 under the shade of the pergola for al fresco eating

Kitchen
The Kitchen has a granite worktop, double sink with mixer tap, Smeg cooker, extractor fan with light, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, salami/meat slicer, electric kettle and toaster. Double doors open to the garden area at the east of the house - perfect for breakfast. In the storage closet off the Hallway is a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board.
FIRST FLOOR
All bedrooms are equipped with tall electric fans and have insect netting on windows for your comfort.
Originally two rooms this is now a spacious bedroom with a mahogany four-poster bed and matching wardrobe, chest of drawers and soft seating. There is ample room for a cot. It has four windows, two overlooking the west of the property with views towards the Sibillini Mountains and two with views towards the town about 300 metres above the house.
Bedroom 2
Before the renovation this was three rooms but now is magnificant room with full height ceiling to the traditional beam and tile roof. It has an unusual mezzanine floor overlooking the main room and as in bedroom 1 it is furnished with mahogany furniture including a four-poster bed.

Two windows in this room face east which get the early morning sun and the other two face south across the valley. You will have to draw straws to see who will get this room!
Bedroom 3
Once the largest bedroom in the house this bright, comfortable room has a large bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's windows overlook the driveway with beautiful views across the valley to the rolling hills beyond.
